Deuteronomy 6 calls parents to talk about God's commands when you sit at home, when you walk along the road, when you lie down, and when you get up. This is not a curriculum — it is a posture. It means weaving spiritual conversation into the texture of everyday life rather than confining it to Sunday mornings.
Practical places to start: ask your children what they are thankful for each evening, pray out loud so they hear how you talk to God, and be honest when you do not have all the answers. Children are not looking for perfect parents — they are looking for real ones who trust a perfect God.
